BlowFix is a non-profit On-device Digital Assistant (ODA). All file processing, text conversion, and audio editing happens entirely inside your web browser.

When you use a BlowFix tool, your files are never uploaded to our servers. We do not have a database that stores your documents, images, or text. Because the processing happens on your own device (your laptop, phone, or tablet), we cannot see, access, or leak your files.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or enter any personal information to use our tools. We do not collect names, physical addresses, or payment information (as all tools are completely free).

3. Anonymous Traffic Analytics

To understand how many people are using BlowFix and which tools are most popular, we sometimes monitor the total number of page visitors.

• We use trusted third-party analytics tools to count these visits.
• We only look at the aggregate numbers (for example, "500 people visited the homepage today").
• We do not track individual users, we do not build user profiles, and we do not know who you are. The data is strictly anonymized.

4. Email Communications (Feedback)

We are a mission-driven, non-profit initiative. We do not engage in business partnerships or accept sales pitches. However, we warmly welcome your feedback, bug reports, and tool suggestions.

If you choose to contact us via email (hello@blowfix.com), you will naturally share certain data with us, such as your email address and your name (if you include it).

• We only use this information to read your feedback and reply to you.
• We do not add your email to marketing lists.
• We do not store your email in a database or CRM.
• We never share, sell, or distribute your email address to third parties.

Once your email is answered and the conversation is concluded, the data simply exists in our standard email inbox, just like a normal conversation, and is not processed for any other purpose.
